When Allison Bryant joined Ten Percent Happier as its first Lifecycle Marketer, she wanted to be Zen about the challenge ahead of her. The breadth of the work was intimidating. Lifecycle marketing, after all, includesall of the interactions a customer has with a company or organization.
Drawing from her time in the nonprofit and educational sectors, as well as her expertise in email, social media and direct mail, Allison got to work. After reviewing how best to reach, convert and retain subscribers at each stage of their buying journey, she successfully developed and implemented a lifecycle strategy to boost revenue. Not only that, she developed a multi-step guide for others to use (including some mistakes she made along the way).
Join us at our KCDMA’s September 14th luncheon, where Allison will share a streamlined, big-picture guide to creating a lifecycle marketing strategy and discuss:
- A practical set of steps you can take to build your lifecycle strategy
- How to map your user journeys while tying them to your company’s goals
- Prioritizing your work to make the biggest impact you can
