JAVA WEB DEVELOPER
As a Java Web Developer you will be responsible for working closely with the BSA's, Designers and Integrators to build Web sites, micro-sites, landing pages, e-mails, web applications and other HTML-based documents and forms in support of company business and customers. The Developer will also be responsible for writing development specs, installation guides and other technical documentation. Prior agency experience required, and must be a team player. Required skills include: 4-7 years experience server side development. Hands on experience enhancing, maintaining, installing, testing, debugging, and documenting Java web-based applications Must haves include: JSP, HTML, Servlets, Spring-MVC, Hibernate, Struts, Tiles, JUnit, JMeter, XML Schema, Javascript, MS SQL, AJAX, Web Services, APIs, Eclipse / MyEclipse, ANT, Continuum, Subversion (or other versioning software. Experience with Apache, Redhat, Tomcat, Linux, Window. CMS development / maintenance experience - Drupal, Joomla, Hippo, Alfresco, etc.

SENIOR WED INTEGRATOR AD AGENCY
As a Senior Web Integrator you will be responsible for working closely with the designers and developers to create highly dynamic and visually appealing websites and applications. The position requires 4-7 years of experience in the integration of complex UI /internet applications. Must have strong experience with UI and Info Architecture principles and how to integrate Web sites with database driven content. A strong background in creating HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop design layout as well as understanding how mockups translate to code is imperative. Additional required skills include: Expertise in HTML coding and standards. Strong front-end (and back-end) JSP . Strong cross browser compatibility experience. Experience with CMS software . Hands-on knowledge of XML, Javascript, AJAX , JSP Markup, JSTL, Java, PHP, Subversion, Tiles Framework, and latest web standards. In-depth experience in copy / design integration, typography, and interactive interface design. Extensive experience with desktop publishing / imaging applications (ie Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.)
